As we hold almost all of the items we sell on the site in stock, we know about them too! We will answer any questions you have about the products, both before you make your purchase and afterwards.


Due to the current circumstances of COVID-19 deliveries may take slightly longer, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

All orders are normally dispatched within 48hrs of order confirmation. You will be shown a list of available delivery options and prices during the checkout process. Upon your order being dispatched you will then be emailed so you are aware that your goods are on their way:

If you have any suggestions or would like to see JBW stocking a particular product then please do not hesitate to email us and we will be happy to look into your requests. From time to time some popular products maybe out of stock these can be pre-ordered, please follow instructions when prompted on these products.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren't as expected.

Goods which are purchased online which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund, credit or exchanged if we are notified within 14 days of receiving your goods (cooling off period), you then have 14 days to return the goods back to ourselves. Subject to the following conditions:

We will accept any product back for a full refund if you change your mind within fourteen days from the day after delivery is made. 

When you return an item that is unsuitable, we ask that it is unused, unaltered with all labels attached, in their original packaging. We cannot accept any item that fails to meet these criteria. Please help us to help you.
